Terms and Conditions - Custom Jewelry
When we come up with a plan, I will give you an estimate. Usually I
give you a price range because sometimes we don't really know exactly
what's involved in terms of time and materials until we are well into
the project. This is especially true if we are using materials I don't
have on hand.
Before I purchase materials or start working on your jewelry, I require
a deposit for approximately half of the estimated amount. Once work has
started or materials have been purchased this deposit is not refundable.
Throughout the process I will send you pictures of the materials and
prototypes so you can send me feedback. Frequently this
process is repeated often as the piece comes together.
I will send you pictures of the completed work with measurements and
any other relevant information. When you have decided that you like
your item(s) and are ready for me to send them to you, you pay the
balance due for the completed work.
Custom items are not returnable. My goal is to make you a piece of
jewelry that is just what you want that you will want to keep forever.
My goal is your total satisfaction.
