A faceted amethyst holds an artisan
handcrafted sterling silver heart, which
holds a large white freshwater pearl.
Amethyst is said to have sobering and calming qualities. It is mined in
many locations around the world.
Pearls symbolize innocence and a pure heart. They
stimulate femininity, self acceptance and integrity,
and help develop wisdom. During the days of ancient Rome, only the
aristocracy was allowed to wear pearls.
The Sterling silver hearts were created by a very talented silversmith
in Washington state, USA.
All metal Sterling silver.
The earrings are 2 1/4 inches long from
the top of the ear wire.
