Turquoise is considered the master healing stone. There are references
to its use through antiquity in cultures as diverse as Egypt, Tibet,
and the Native Americans. It is indeed a very special stone.
The spiral is a positive universal symbol that has existed from the
time of early man. Some believe that the spiral is symbolic of the
inward journey towards one's essense, others believe that it is
symbolic of a journey outwards to union with the universe, others see
it as a symbol of a journey to a great adventure. Books have
been written about the significance of the spiral. It is simple, yet
profound.
Thai Hill Tribe Silver is almost pure silver (up to 99%)
and is handcrafted by silversmiths in the hills of Northern Thailand
using traditional tribal methods passed down from generation to
generation.
The necklace is 17.5 inches long. The pendant is 3/4 inch wide and
drops 1 inch from the strand.
