SHIPPING RATES - US DOMESTIC:

Shipping is via USPS First Class mail insured with delivery confirmation. Items are shipped in a padded gift box in a padded envelope. Items are shipped promptly, usually within 2 business days, sooner whenever it's possible. We drop ship upon request. First Class mail usually takes 2-5 working days. Allow more time around the holidays. Rates for U.S. states and territories are as follows:

Purchases up to $30.00 - $2.00

Purchases $30.01 to $50.00 - $3.50

Purchases $50.01 to $99.99 - $4.50

Purchases $100.00 and up - free shipping (for all items going to the
     same address). 

Priority Mail is $8.00 including insurance and delivery confirmation. *See note below.

Express Shipping Available - Cost varies by location, delivery usually the next day. $12.50-$21.50. *See note below.

We make every effort to ship your priority and express mail orders promptly - hopefully within 24 hours or less.

*Note: For some reason our PayPal checkout system does not give you the Priority Mail or Express Mail options. If you would like your item shipped using one of these options, please include a note in the "special instructions" section and we will send you a separate invoice for shipping charges.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We welcome international orders. Shipping charges are the actual cost of shipping and/or insurance. First Class shipping to most countries is reasonable in price and is usually safe, but does not allow insurance or tracking. We cannot assume the cost for loss or damage in shipping.  Insurance coverage to most countries with Priority shipping is limited to $47.  Please do not place your international order through our PayPal checkout system. Instead please contact us for shipping information and to place your order. We will send you an invoice through PayPal.
Shipping rates and regulations vary depending on the country to which we are shipping your item. Because it takes longer to process international orders, it may take us up to 3 business days to ship your order. We do make it a priority to get all items shipped as soon as possible using the method that suits you best.

CA SALES TAX:

Shipping is always free for California residents!
Purchases made by California residents are subject to 8.75% sales tax.
Sorry :-(  To help make up for this we will refund your shipping fee. Just make a note in the "special instructions" box on your item page that says "please refund CA shipping".

FORMS OF PAYMENT:

Our PayPal secure server will accept PayPal as well as credit cards.

We also gladly accept checks and money orders. Please email us rather than going through our checkout system if you plan to use this form of payment. We will send you an invoice. Your items will be shipped when payment is received, or when your check clears, in the case of personal checks.


RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. Credit will be made in the original form of payment. Items must be returned in the original condition and well packed. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Our return policy on sale items is the same as for regularly priced items.

Items from the clearance page may only be exchanged. This is because the donation is made at the timed of payment.
