Sacred Earth Jewelry Gives Back

We were able to give some nice donations to very needy causes this year.The first was a special donation to the Elephant Crisis Fund at the Wildlife Conservation Network. The illegal ivory trade has taken a devastating toll on elephants with many thousands being killed just for their tusks. The elephant population in Africa is dwindling rapidly. This fund can be found at wildnet.org.

The second charity was to St. Jude's Hospital for Children. St Jude's does amazing work with very sick kids, and is very supportive of their families. I followed one child through an amazing ordeal at St. Jude's. The results were nothing short of miraculous. They are at stjude.org

Throughout the year we give donations to Wildlife Waystation, which is a permanent refuge for exotic and domestic animals who are in need of a home. Many have been abused and have special needs. They exist solely by donations and volunteers who generously give their time and energy. They are at wildlifewaystation.
